Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (Canada + U.S. only) if you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, or if it was available to you. Start your return here.
There is a $9 CAD restocking fee.

Final sale, discounted items, and all underscarves are not eligible for return - no exceptions.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. If approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit (store credit refunded first). Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
