    At the moment, all sales are final. 

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to pay with Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

    Please don't send multiple emails for the same inquiry. We answer all our emails in the order received. We will try our best to respond in 1-2 business days. Please expect a longer response time if emailing over the weekend or holiday(s).

     If you see a product out of stock, that means we're doing our best to bring it back as quickly as possible. Please click on the "Notify When Available" tab, and sign up for the back in stock notifications through text and email and you'll be notified when it restocks. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter to receive news about restocks, new products and promotions. 

    The longevity of your Honey Hijab will depend on how well they are taken care of. Handle with love, hand wash or wash in a care bag and store in a dust bag. It's best to line dry and keep away from sunlight. You can find care details for each product on the product page. 

    At Honey Hijabs, we aim to present images of our products in the way that they appear in real life. However, due to various screen settings and lighting, the colours may differ slightly, or in other cases, greatly. Therefore, Honey Hijabs cannot  guarantee the exact colour as it may appear on your screen.And for that reason we do not offer refunds for colour discrepancy.We take great care to the best of our abilities, to ensure that each product has been accurately measured and photographed.

    Order

    Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order once it's been placed. Promos cannot be combined. Difference in promo codes will not be refunded. No exceptions.

    In the event that your card was charged and you don't believe the order went through, it is likely that you are seeing a pending charge that will be reversed within a few business days. The reversal time is dependent on your bank.

    We try our best to ensure that all stock listed is available when you place an order. However, a product/s may be out of stock, and we will contact you via email to either exchange with another product listed at the same price. If we're unable to reach you or don't receive a response in 5 days, we will refund you the item that is not in stock and ship it out. But If there is a shipping difference owing, your order will be cancelled. 

    Shipping

    After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we ship your order (1-3 business days), you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order. Shipping time varies based on locations and are only estimations. Please note that during sale periods there may be a delay in shipping. 

    If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time. Please email us at hey@honeyhijabs.com

    Honey Hijabs is not responsible for any incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses.  If your package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you will not be refunded. No exemptions.  

    Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding Russia. All rates are available at checkout, and if you don't see a shipping rate for your country, send us an email hey@honeyhijabs.com

    Honey Hijabscannot be held responsible for the duty fee incurred.

    Canada: Standard Shipping 2-8 business days, UPS Express 2-4 business days

    United States: Standard Shipping 4-12 business days, USPS Priority 2-4 business days

    United Kingdom: 4-15 business days 

    Rest of the World: 4-21 business days

    We're so sorry if this happens to you. Quality is of utmost importance to us and we ensure that our pieces go through a strict and rigorous quality check before being packaged. In the rare event that this happens to you, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving your package email at hey@honeyhijabs.com, with the following information: 

    • The email address used to place the order
    • Order #
    • A list of the damaged item(s)
    • Current shipping address
    • A clear photo of the damaged item  

    We'll have a happy hijab specialist take care of that for you :) 

    If you find an odour to one of your products, please wash and air it out. You may find a scent due to the dyeing processes, coupled with humidity during transit.

    Please track your order using your tracking number from your shipping confirmation. You will find all the updates using that link. If there is an issue and the package is not delivered, please contact the shipping carrier.

    Honey Hijabs is not liable for lost, returned or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, you must contact the shipping carrier to track the delivery information, we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. 

    Honey Hijabs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

    Please note that our carrier tracking system can sometimes be slow to update. Please check the updated status after 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

    Free shipping is only valid on Canadian orders over $150 CAD and U.S orders over $150 USD.

    Free shipping is automatically calculated based on subtotal, never the total. 

    Discounts

    Unfortunately, we're unable to apply any discount codes to previous orders and orders that have already been placed.

    No, you may only use 1 code at a time.Discount codes can't be combined with any other offers, sales, or promotions.

    If your discount code isn't working at checkout, it may be expired. Or it could be a product that is excluded from all promos. Discount codes can't be combined. If you are having an issue with a discount code, email us at hey@honeyhijabs.com BEFORE placing an order. We cannot change or apply a discount code once you’ve already placed an order. Nor will you be refunded the difference. Discount codes are applied to the subtotal of your order, not the total.We do not honor expired promotional codes. Promotional codes are subject to change and are not provided by request.
