    When will I receive my Order? 

    We're excited about every order, and we want you to receive  it as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, we will process your order between 2-6 business days. Shipping time varies based on locations and are only estimations. Please note that during sale periods there may be a delay in shipping.

    GTA Local Delivery

    If your address qualifies for local delivery, the shipping option will show up at checkout. This includes: Toronto, Mississauga, Streetsville, Oakville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Oakridge, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, Unionville, Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Burlington (Limited Areas). Business addresses do not qualify, your package will be returned and you will not qualify for refund. 

    Sales tax, customs fees, duties 

    Sales tax, customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped outside of Canada can be charged customs fees. Customers are responsible for paying any sales tax, custom fees or duties. If you refuse to pay these fees, your package will be sent back to Honey Hijabs and you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding any shipping charges incurred. 

    Delays & Lost/ Stolen Packages 

    Honey Hijabs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your package is shipped, we have little to no control over it. If your package is delivered by the carrier and you did not receive your package, you must file a complaint with your local carrier. If your package is not delivered, you must file a complaint with your local carrier. Honey Hijabs is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carriers or undelivered packages. Honey Hijabs is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable. Any undeliverable will not be refunded. 

    Route Package Protection is available at checkout for a small fee, and  they provide package protection. Please visit Route.com for all related inquiries. 

    Order Cancellations 

    Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change the details of your order.

    Check your Shipping Address

    Honey Hijabs is not responsible for any incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses.  If your package is returned to us because of those reasons, you will not be refunded. We are unable to change a shipping address once it has been shipped. No exemptions.  

    Honey Hijabs is not responsible for any refused packages by recipients and a refund will not be issued if a package is refused.
