When will I get my order?
We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on where you are and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
If there’s a sale or holiday rush, it might take a little longer — but we’re moving as fast as we can.

How long does it take?
Shipping timelines come straight from the courier. What you pay for doesn’t always guarantee the speed — once it leaves us, it’s out of our hands.

Taxes, Duties & Surprise Fees
🇺🇸 U.S. orders
Duty-free delivery. No surprise fees at the door — we’ve taken care of customs.

🇨🇦 Canadian orders
No duties (we ship from Canada). Taxes are calculated at checkout.

🌍 International orders
Duties and import taxes are set by your country and collected at delivery. Since the amount varies by destination, we can’t quote it ahead of time. We’ll always choose the best available options to help keep fees as low as possible.

Carrier notes
APC Priority Worldwide Tracked DDP: Duties are included in your delivery fee at checkout.
PostNL + UPS: Duties are NOT included. You’ll be asked to pay them after your order ships, before or at delivery.

Packages refused due to unpaid fees won’t be refunded. The carrier will dispose of the package. No exceptions. 

Lost, delayed, or went MIA?
Once your order ships, it’s in the courier’s care. If your tracking says delivered but your porch is empty, check with a neighbour (or blame a porch pirate). You’ll need to file a claim with your local carrier. We’re not responsible for delays, lost items, or anything marked delivered that doesn’t show up — and we can’t offer refunds or replacements for those cases.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s final — no edits, swaps, or cancellations. Even if you email us two seconds later. So please double (okay, triple) check your cart and address before you check out.

Make sure your address is right
We ship to the address you enter. If it’s wrong, incomplete, or missing details and your order gets returned, we won’t be able to refund you. We also can’t change your address once it’s shipped — no exceptions.

Refused a package?
We don’t offer refunds for refused deliveries — so we recommend accepting the cuteness when it arrives.

Apple Pay
By using Apple Pay or other express checkout options, you agree to the total shown in your wallet, including shipping. Please review the amount before confirming payment. Any charges cannot be changed and your order cannot be cancelled after payment is authorized. If you are unsure about the shipping cost, please switch to the regular checkout flow to review the shipping options and fees in detail before you pay.

Preorder shipping note
If your order includes a preorder item (even with in-stock items), everything will ship together once the preorder item is ready, on the estimated ship date listed on the preorder product page.

Preorder cancellation policy
Preorder orders are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once placed.
