What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop briefs for our internal graphic designer and video editor, and create compelling copy for content.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage the social media calendar, conceive innovative and unique social media and video content ideasthat aligns with our marketing objectives. 
• Engagement & Growth: Oversee strategy and execution to maximize engagement and growth across our social media channels.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including calendar management, backend management, planning and reporting tools, people management, and creative management.
• Motivated Learner: Highly motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic & Organized: Strategic thinker, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
• Trend Awareness: Keen eye for evolving trends and the ability to apply new social marketing techniques for optimal performance.
• Branded Storytelling: Specialized expertise in creating highly engaging branded content.
• Content Quality: Stickler for high-quality content that aligns with our brand POV and entertains our audience.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, and media industries.
• Self-Starter: Independent and proactive worker, able to take on new projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects across teams and external contributors.
• Community Insight: Intuitive understanding of social media communities and brand perception.
