Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Nothing displayed through our Services constitutes a binding offer to sell any product.

Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, VAT, GST, or other government-imposed charges that may apply to your order.

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Honey Hijabs does not store your complete payment card information.

If a pricing error, technical malfunction, promotional error, or system issue results in an incorrect price or offer being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any affected order, regardless of whether payment has already been authorized or processed.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Honey Hijabs.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of your order or create a binding agreement to sell.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honey Hijabs reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or order.

International Customers

Honey Hijabs proudly serves customers around the world.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, customs requirements, and import restrictions applicable in your destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, and other government-imposed charges associated with your order.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Honey Hijabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, weather conditions, labour disputes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Honey Hijabs may be lawfully imported into their destination country. We are not responsible for orders delayed, refused, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities or other government agencies.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

Shipping

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with these Terms before placing an order.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, labour disruptions, inaccurate shipping information, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Honey Hijabs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, refused, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms and governs all returns, exchanges, store credits, refunds, and Final Sale items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted our Return Policy.

Where permitted by applicable law, Honey Hijabs reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request that does not comply with our published Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be identified as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit except where required by applicable law.

Products identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase remain subject to those conditions after purchase.

Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

From time to time, Honey Hijabs may offer promotional codes, discounts, gift cards, loyalty rewards, referral incentives, giveaways, or other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Promotions have no cash value.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Loyalty Program

If you participate in a Honey Hijabs loyalty or rewards program, your participation is subject to these Terms together with any additional loyalty program terms that may apply.

Honey Hijabs reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue the loyalty program.
Change eligibility requirements.
Modify how points are earned or redeemed.
Correct, adjust, expire, remove, or cancel points.
Suspend or terminate loyalty accounts where fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms are reasonably suspected.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Product Reviews

We welcome honest feedback from our customers.

By submitting a review, rating, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content to Honey Hijabs, you represent and warrant that:

The content is your original work or you have permission to submit it.
The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
