Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery — Canada and U.S. orders only. Start your return via our returns portal.
Final sale items, promotional sales, discounted/sale items, and all underscarves are not eligible for return — no exceptions.
Purchased Checkout+ at checkout? Return shipping’s free. If not, it’s on you.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging — and free of stains, scents, or damage.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, you can choose a refund or store credit. If it doesn’t meet our return policy, we won’t be able to process it — and we won’t be sending it back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you used store credit + another method, store credit gets refunded first. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
Refunds and credits exclude shipping, duties, and taxes.
We’re not responsible for return shipping fees, customs, or lost returns.
International orders: All sales are final.
We don’t offer price adjustments if something goes on sale after you buy.
