RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Oh no! We’re so sorry if your item arrived damaged or wasn’t quite perfect. Faulty items include anything received damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please note, we can only consider items faulty if you let us know within 2 days of receiving your order—after that, normal wear and tear is expected.
If you’ve received a faulty item, don’t worry! Just send us an email at hey@honeyhijabs.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the faulty item
- A little note about the issue

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
ORDERS
If your card was charged but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s likely a pending charge. This charge should be reversed by your bank within a few business days, depending on their processing time.
No, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Promo codes cannot be added or refunded retroactively.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to exchange it or issue a refund. In rare cases, this may lead to the cancellation of your order.
SHIPPING
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once your order ships (within 1-3 business days), we’ll send you another email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Yes, we ship worldwide (with the exception of Russia and Israel). Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the exact rates at checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties upon delivery. If you don’t see a shipping rate for your country at checkout, no worries—just send us an email at hey@honeyhijabs.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

Once you place an order, it begins processing right away and typically cannot be changed or canceled. However, if your order has already shipped and you need to update or correct the shipping address, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for assistance.
Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods may delay delivery and could result in additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and paid directly to the carrier.

No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Unfortunately, we can’t apply discount codes to previous orders.
