By placing an order with Honey Hijabs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Returns & Final Sale

All discounted items, promotional purchases, underscarves, preorders, and international orders are final sale, regardless of Checkout+ purchase.

Returns are only accepted if Checkout+ was purchased at checkout, within 15 days of delivery, for eligible Canadian and U.S. orders.

Eligible returns must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of stains, scents, or damage. Approved returns are subject to a $9 CAD restocking fee.

Checkout+ includes return shipping for eligible returns. All returns must be initiated through our returns portal.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. We cannot accommodate cancellations, address changes, item swaps, or order modifications after purchase. Please review your cart and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, although processing may take longer during sales and holidays. Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Lost, delayed, stolen, or marked-delivered packages are subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canadian orders are shipped domestically, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout.

U.S. orders include customs duties.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly included in the selected shipping method.

Packages refused due to unpaid duties or other delivery charges may be ineligible for refunds, subject to applicable law.

5. Product Colours & Appearance

We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, individual screen settings, and fabric dye variations.

We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between the product images displayed online and the item received.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please contact hey@honeyhijabs.com within 4 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect so we can investigate.

7. Payments & Express Checkout

By completing your purchase, including through Apple Pay or other express checkout methods, you authorize the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

Please review your order total before confirming payment.

8. Preorders

Orders containing preorder items will ship together once the preorder products are ready, unless otherwise stated. Preorders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for change of mind after purchase.

9. Agreement to Policies

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to Honey Hijabs' Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
