🇺🇸 USA: Duties are included at checkout. No fees at delivery.
🇨🇦 Canada: Free standard shipping over $150 CAD. No duties (ships from Canada). Taxes calculated at checkout.
🌍 International: Duties and import taxes depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Some options include duties, others collect them at delivery.
Carrier notes:
APC Priority Worldwide Tracked DDP: Duties included at checkout.
PostNL + UPS: Duties not included. Fees may be collected after shipping, before or at delivery.
Refused packages due to unpaid fees are not refundable.
Returns & Final Sale
🇨🇦🇺🇸 Canada + USA only: Returns are only available on eligible items if you purchased Checkout+ at checkout. Checkout+ availability varies by product, so having it in your cart does not mean every item qualifies.
