• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or line dry. Low iron if needed. Wash bag recommended.

🇺🇸 USA: US shipping is back. Free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD. You might be charged duties on delivery thanks to new tariff laws — it’s hit or miss.

🇨🇦 Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. No duties, since everything ships from Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

🌍 International: Rates calculated at checkout. Duties (if any) are charged on delivery depending on your country.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. During sales or holidays, it might take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for Canada and U.S. orders. Start your return here.

Final sale, discounted items, and all underscarves are not eligible — no exceptions.

If you purchased Checkout+, return shipping is free. Otherwise, it’s on you.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. If approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit (store credit refunded first). Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
