Free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD. Duty-free delivery.

🇨🇦 Canada
Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. No duties — we ship from Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

🌍 Everywhere else
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties are charged at delivery and vary by country.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. During sales or holidays, things may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (Canada + U.S. only) if you purchased Checkout+ at checkout — or if it was available to you. Start your return here.
There is a $9 CAD restocking fee.

Final sale, discounted items, and all underscarves are not eligible for return — no exceptions.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. If approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit (store credit refunded first). Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

International orders are final sale.
