🇨🇦 Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. No duties, since everything ships from Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

🌍 International: Rates calculated at checkout. Duties (if any) are charged on delivery depending on your country.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for Canada and U.S. orders. Start your return here.

Final sale, discounted items, and all underscarves are not eligible — no exceptions.

If you purchased Checkout+, return shipping is free. Otherwise, it’s on you.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. If approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit (store credit refunded first). Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
